Hi all!
I would like to know the way how to rename a DB in Netinstall?
We need to rename some of our databases according to our corporate naming convention.

Hi!
If you do not move the Database in the ORG-Structure (just rename) it's very easy
1. Lock the site structure.
2. Delete the database.
3. Unlock the site structure and save changes.
4. Go to the work folder on the database master server
5. Rename the database folder to the new name
6. Lock the site structure.
7. Create a database on the same ORG-Level with the new folder name (step 5)
8. Unlock the site structure and save changes.

Hi,
i recommend that you also rename the database on all other server's and directories ( not only work, also in the install directory )
If you only rename the database in the work folder, the replication service had to replicate the whole projects with all files again to the install directory and all other server's. that can lead to much network traffic and time
