NetInstall PnP

Hello everyone,

we have a problem here with a PnP project in Netinstall 5.7 EE.
We try to install the drivers for scanner via Netinstall PnP detection (Epson Perfection 1670) and it looks like NetInstall only starts the PnP detection randomly. We were trying it on a TestPC where it almost worked one time. After we reinstalled the PC the PnP detection didn't even start anymore.

Are there any prerequisites I have to meet on this machine to make PnP detection work? Like fully installed NiAgent, etc?

The prerequisites are that the client must be installed and the agent must be running.
